Parries are a unique form of blocking introduced in Clayfighter 63 1/3. Similiar to the parries from Street Fighter 3, parries are when you stop an opponent's attack by pressing forward which not only prevents them from taking any form of damage, it also replenishes the character's special bar more then the other ways. Unlike in SF3, you can't red parry.
